2. The scorer evaluates your responses against the job's competency framework
3. A scorecard is generated with per-competency scores, evidence, and a recommendation
4. The employer receives the results on their dashboard

Timeline

Scoring happens within minutes of your interview ending. The employer can see your results almost immediately.

What You Won't See

• You do not receive your scores directly — the employer decides what to share
• You do not have access to the platform after the interview
• You cannot retake the interview unless the employer explicitly resets your invitation
