Getting Started
Receiving Your Invitation
What happens when you're invited to interview, and how the application process works.
Two Ways to Start
Depending on how the employer has set up their process, you may receive either:
- A link to a public application page — you fill out a form and upload your resume before the employer decides whether to invite you to an interview
- A direct interview link — you go straight to the interview, no prior application required
Both are valid entry points. The employer controls which approach they use.
Applying via a Public Application Page
If the employer shared a link to an application page (for example, app.talentsystems.ai/apply/...):
- Fill out the form and upload your resume — no account required
- Submit the form to receive a confirmation email
- The employer reviews your application and may follow up with an interview invitation
Receiving a Direct Interview Invitation
You'll receive an email from Talent Systems on behalf of the employer. It includes:
- The company name and job title
- A "Start Interview" button with your personal interview link
- The link is single-use — once you begin, it cannot be reused
- The link expires after 7 days — start your interview before then
Important Notes
- You do not need to create an account
- You do not need to download any software
- The entire interview happens in your web browser
- If you can't find the email, check your spam/junk folder
- If the link has expired, contact the employer to request a new one
What If I Didn't Get the Email?
Sometimes the employer may share the interview link directly (via Slack, LinkedIn, text, etc.) instead of email. The link works the same way regardless of how you receive it.
