Expired or Invalid Links
What to do if your interview link doesn't work.
Interview links are valid for 7 days from when they were sent. Each link is single-use and tied to your email address.
Link Expired
Interview links expire after 7 days. If you see an error when clicking your link:
- Contact the employer who invited you
- Ask them to reset your invitation — this sends a new email with a fresh link
- The new link will have another 7-day window
Link Already Used
Each interview link is single-use. Once you start the interview, the link cannot be reused. If you're seeing an error after starting:
- If your interview was completed, you're done — no further action needed
- If you were interrupted (browser crash, connection loss), contact the employer to request a reset
Link Not Found (404)
If the link returns a "not found" error:
- The employer may have revoked your invitation
- The link may have been copied incorrectly — check for missing characters
- Contact the employer for a new invitation
Contact the Employer
For all link issues, the employer who invited you is your best point of contact. They can:
- Resend the invitation (generates a new link)
- Reset your interview (clears previous data, sends new link)
- Provide the link directly via another channel
